Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition
• Products should be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories
• Opened items may be accepted if returned in like-new condition

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.

Additional Notes:
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Restocking Fee:

In case of a return that is not due to a defective or incorrect item, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund.

This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs associated with processing the return.

The restocking fee applies when:

  • The item is returned in unused or opened condition
  • The return is requested for a non-defective item within the 14-day return window.
  • The return is made for personal reasons (change of mind, ordered by mistake, etc.)

No restocking fee will be charged in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was sent

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
