    I bought the Edifier headphones because of their 4 ENC microphones, hoping they would be better than my Sony WH-1000XM4 for work calls. However, I was disappointed to find out that they are still too sensitive to human voice and pick up other people’s conversations. The only advantage they have over the Sony is that they filter out background noise like TV or street sounds. As for audio quality, the Edifier headphones have less bass and sound flatter than the Sony, which may or may not suit your taste. They have good noise cancellation, but not as good as the Sony. On the other hand, their ambient mode is better than the Sony’s and lets me hear everything around me clearly. To sum up, the Edifier headphones are a really great alternative to the Sony, especially with the price difference of 140€ (with Aliexpress coupons). But if you need them for work and you don’t live alone, I suggest you look for another headset.
