    Received a watch with a defect. The only option is a refund. And they cannot replace the watch. Although, they have it in stock. As a buyer I think I should have an option to replace the watch or to get a refund. The customer service is bad. They can’t do anything about it. Their response was to get the refund and place a new order if I want to replace it. Right? As if I don’t know it myself? The problem with that is I won’t be able to get the watch for the same price again. So the shop sent me a faulty watch and then wants to get even more money from me??? Clever. If the shop can’t make it right with the first order, then there is no chance I will buy again from this shop? Customer service is what keeps customers and not the product. The product can be found somewhere else. In my experience the customer service of this shop is bad.
